STAY AWAY FROM TEFLON PANS!

The EPA’s Science Advisory Board considers PFOA (aka Teflon) a likely carcinogen, and it can come off on your food at high temps and with the use of sharp cooking utensils. 

Toxins that enter the air from hot nonstick pans can kill pet birds  – supposedly, the jury’s still out on whether they harm our lungs.

we like 2 use cast iron � they last 4ever and make food taste great! don�t wash the coat your cooking seasons them with, just pour in a little olive oil, heat slightly  + wipe out
